Ingredients

  • Eggs 6 pieces
  • Milk 35 fl oz
  • 1% Kefir 35 fl oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with salt. Pour the milk and kefir into a pot and heat it up.

Step 2

Without bringing it to a boil, pour in the egg mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 3

When the whey completely separates, pour it into a colander lined with 2-3 layers of cheesecloth.

Step 4

Let it cool and drain, then twist the cheesecloth and squeeze out the liquid, leaving it in the cheesecloth to press overnight.
