Holiday Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Sugar 0.7 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Margarine 10 oz
- Vanillin a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 2/3 cup of sugar and 200 g of margarine. Mix until a thick mass is obtained. Add 3 cups of flour, knead until a yellow mass forms.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut shapes with cookie cutters. Decorate with sprinkles or nuts.
Step 3
Grease the baking sheet with margarine (or better, line it with parchment paper). Place the cookies on the sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F. The cookies will be ready when they become firm and golden in color.
