Hercules Pie with Dried Fruits
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Light Molasses 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Hercules Oats 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Dried parsnip 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In heated molasses, add butter and brown sugar, and mix well. Then add the pre-cooked Hercules oatmeal, chopped dried apricots, and pears. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the prepared mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25–30 minutes. Cool and remove from the dish.
