Herbed salted nuts recipe

Ingredients

  • Pecans 5 oz
  • Hazelnuts 5 oz
  • Almonds 5 oz
  • Brazil Nuts 5 oz
  • Cashews 5 oz
  • Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
  • Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
  • Dried thyme ½ teaspoon
  • Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Muscovado Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Sea Salt 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 10 minutes to toast. Be careful not to overdo it.

Step 3

Remove and let cool slightly.

Step 4

Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the warm nuts to this mixture, and stir well.

Step 5

Pack the nuts into nice jars or paper bags.
