Description

If you leave the finished crackers overnight, they will dry out well and be crispy.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 2½ tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbed Cream Cheese to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Milk 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with pepper, paprika, and salt, then add the baking powder.

Step 2

Combine the milk and olive oil.

Step 3

Pour the liquid into the flour and knead the dough. It should have a consistency similar to dumpling dough. Add a little more liquid or flour if necessary.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut out crackers in the desired shape.

Step 5

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and make holes with a fork.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake the crackers for 15 minutes.
