Ingredients

- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Golden caster sugar 5 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Cream 4 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a large deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the cocoa powder, 50 g of sugar, egg yolks, vanilla essence, and cream, and whisk the mixture until it reaches a smooth paste consistency (for enhanced flavor, you can add 2 tablespoons of cognac, rum, or orange liqueur to the mixture).
Step 3
In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until fluffy. While continuing to whisk, add the remaining sugar.
Step 4
Using a large metal spoon, fold a quarter of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture to lighten it, then add the remaining egg whites.
Step 5
Divide the mixture among four ramekins. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for 8–10 minutes, until a thin crust forms on the surface.
Step 6
Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
