Ingredients
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 0.2 pieces
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Broth 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground beef until crumbly.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables into medium-sized pieces and add them to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the hot broth, add the tomato paste and spices. Cook for 25 minutes over medium heat with the lid on.
Step 4
Add the beans (drained) to the soup and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately with fresh herbs.
