Hearty Chicken Soup with Pasta
Ingredients
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Salad Potatoes 7 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Pasta (corkscrew) to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Poultry 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the broth over very low heat.
Step 2
Then remove the chicken and strain the broth.
Step 3
Separate the chicken meat from the bones.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, carrot, onion, and garlic.
Step 5
Cut the potatoes into strips, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot.
Step 6
Put the broth on the heat, add the chicken meat and potatoes, and cook over low heat. Add salt.
Step 7
Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, add finely chopped garlic, and season with pepper.
Step 8
When the potatoes are cooked, add the sautéed mixture.
Step 9
After 5 minutes, add small pasta and turn off the heat.
Step 10
Chop the herbs and add them to the soup.
