Ingredients
- Gluten-Free Baking Mix 0 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla extract ½ spoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Almond 10 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Agave Syrup 0 fl oz
- Ghee 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the gluten-free flour blend, rice flour, and salt.
Step 3
Pour in the milk and hot water.
Step 4
Add vanilla, egg, and agave syrup.
Step 5
Knead a smooth dough using a blender.
Step 6
Melt 15 grams of ghee, add it to the dough, and mix well.
Step 7
Preheat the skillet well and pour in a ladle of batter, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Step 8
Fry until the edges of the dough turn golden brown, then flip and fry for another 10–20 seconds.
Step 9
Stack the finished pancakes, optionally brushing each one with melted butter.
Step 10
Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as Greek yogurt.
