  • Bran 5 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root to taste
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix the flour and bran.

Step 3

Grate the carrot and apple separately.

Step 4

Thoroughly mix the fruits and raisins with the flour, adding a pinch of cinnamon and ginger.

Step 5

Add the olive oil and mix well.

Step 6

Form small cookies, place them on parchment paper, bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 355°F and wait for another 30 minutes.
