
Healthy Carrot Cake with Bananas and Spices

Description
If you want to serve the cake with cream, simply whip fat-free cottage cheese with plain yogurt. Cover the cooled cake with the cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Oat flakes 2 glasses
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Dried Turkey ½ glasses
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Natural Yogurt 4 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Ginger to taste
- Carrot 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Blend the bananas in a blender, add the eggs and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Step 3
Grate the carrot using a fine grater and add it to the dough along with the chopped dried fruits.
Step 4
Then add the dry ingredients that have been mixed together beforehand. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish and bake until cooked through (about 40 minutes).
Step 6
If you want to serve the pie with cream, simply whip together low-fat cottage cheese and natural yogurt. Spread the cream over the cooled pie and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
