Hazelnut Sherbet
Ingredients
- Sugar 20 oz
- Condensed Milk 10 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 0 oz
- Hazelnut 10 oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the hazelnuts in a pan without adding oil. Chop them finely.
Step 2
In a pot, combine the sugar and condensed milk. Place on a heated stove.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the molasses. Stir well. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Cool to 115°F. Whip until a uniform light brown mass forms. Add the nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to a mold lined with greased parchment paper. Allow to set.
