
Hazelnut and Dried Fruit Candies

Description
It's best to store the candies in the refrigerator, for no more than two weeks in a closed container.
Ingredients
- Hazelnut 17 pieces
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the dried fruits. If necessary, soak them in warm water for an hour.
Step 2
Place the dried fruits in a blender or meat grinder and grind until smooth.
Step 3
Set aside ten hazelnuts for the ten candies, and roughly grind seven of them in a blender or coffee grinder.
Step 4
Take a nut, coat it in the fruit mixture, and roll it in ground hazelnuts.
