
Hawaiian Vegetable Rice

Description
You can use a frozen mixed vegetable blend.
Ingredients
- Rice 1 glass
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sweet Corn Sticks 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Asparagus 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rinsed rice in boiling water in a 1:2 ratio for about 20–25 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the carrot into small cubes and cut the asparagus into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the carrot in a skillet until it becomes soft, then add the asparagus and corn and sauté until cooked.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the vegetables and keep it on the heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add butter, salt, and pepper.
