Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 30 oz
- Butter 15 oz
- Apple 20 oz
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Pear Jam 10 oz
- Apricot Jam 10 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them thinly. Mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar, eggs, milk, and butter (the resulting mixture should have the consistency of sour cream).
Step 2
Grease the baking dish, cover the bottom with plum jam, then layer the apples, and top with the prepared mixture.
Step 3
Bake at 345°F for about 1 hour.
Step 4
Before serving, turn the pudding out onto a plate and drizzle with hot apricot jam mixed with boiled water.
