Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Parma Ham 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Hard Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cream 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry, roll it out into a rectangular sheet, and cut it into triangles.
Step 2
Dice the ham and onion into small cubes. Sauté the ham in butter for a bit, then add the onion and fry together. Let the ham cool, season with pepper, and add parsley and cheese.
Step 3
Place the filling on the pastry, brush the edges with egg yolk and whipped cream, roll them into croissants, and place them on a baking sheet moistened with water.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet with croissants in a preheated oven at 435°F. Bake the croissants for 20 minutes.
