Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 1 piece
- Ham 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Dill to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the dough into strips 3–4 cm wide and flatten them with your fingers. Dice all the filling ingredients and chop the herbs.
Step 2
On a strip of dough, place small drops of mayonnaise randomly, then add the diced ham, different types of cheese, and top with herbs. Pinch the edges to form a tube. Starting from the center, arrange it in a circle, like a rose (or snail).
Step 3
Continue filling the entire mold in a circular pattern, brush the top with egg yolk, and place it in a preheated oven. Bake until golden brown.
