It should be noted that the skin of ripe avocados is darker than that of unripe ones. If the guacamole is not consumed immediately, to prevent browning, place the pits removed from the avocados into the mixture, cover it, and store it in the refrigerator.

- Lime Juice ½ tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch

Step 1
Peel the avocados and mash them with a fork — you should achieve a homogeneous mixture, but not a puree; small pieces of avocado should still be felt.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion and tomatoes to the avocado.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, pour in the lime juice, and mix thoroughly.
