Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Bacon 10 oz
- Chives to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and sauté the flour in it, stirring constantly, until a smooth mixture forms. Heat the broth and pour in the prepared mixture. Stir and keep on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
If lumps form, strain the mixture through a sieve. Add the mustard, stir, and simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Pour in the cream and remove from heat.
Step 3
Before serving, place the crispy bacon in bowls. Garnish the soup with chopped chives or minced red pepper. Serve with hot baguette.
