Ingredients
- Light Molasses 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cardamom 8 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 spoons
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Peanut Butter 2 spoons
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and slice it into 5 mm thick rounds. In a saucepan, mix the molasses and oil, add crushed cardamom pods, bring to a boil, and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice.
Step 2
Brush the rings with syrup and fry them on both sides for four minutes. Thirty seconds before they're done, brush them again to achieve a thick glaze. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
