- Pineapple 1 piece
- Caramel Syrup 0 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Then cut it in half lengthwise, and slice each half into thin slices.
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Place the pineapple pieces on the grill and cook for 3 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, drizzle half of the caramel sauce on the plates. Arrange the grilled pineapples on top and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve with ice cream.
