  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch 2 teaspoons
  • Pineapple 4 pieces
  • Green peppercorns 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, honey, lime juice, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Keep warm.

Preheat the grill.

In a mortar, crush the peppercorns and sprinkle them over the pineapple pieces on both sides. Place on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
