Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon ½ spoons
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Salted crackers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits (without peeling the skin).
Step 2
Chop the salted pistachios finely with a sharp knife, and break the chocolate (you'll need a little more than half a bar) into small pieces.
Step 3
Blend the butter, sugar, and cinnamon into a paste in a blender, then transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently coat the peaches all over, taking care not to crush them. Next, place them on a serving dish with the cut sides facing up.
Step 4
Place broken chocolate evenly into the centers of the peach halves, then sprinkle a small amount of the remaining cinnamon-butter mixture on top. Grill the peaches for about two minutes (without flipping) until the chocolate begins to melt.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked fruits to a serving platter or individual plates, sprinkle with crushed salted pistachios, and serve while still warm.
