Grilled Peaches with Lemon Thyme
Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 4 sprigs

Step 1
Wash the peaches, dry them, cut in half, and remove the skin. Place them in a skillet. Mix the olive oil with honey and vanilla extract, and drizzle the mixture over the peaches. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped lemon thyme.
Step 2
Marinate for 20 minutes, turning and basting with oil.
Step 3
Grill or roast the marinated peaches on a rack for 2–3 minutes on each side, until the peaches become softer, but do not let them become mushy. Serve immediately after cooking, either alone or with vanilla ice cream.
