  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Dark rum 0 fl oz
  • Donut Peaches 6 pieces
  • Caramel Syrup to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Step 2

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, remove from heat, and add the brown sugar and rum. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a large bowl and add the halved, pitted peaches. Mix well.

Step 3

Place on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the peaches are soft and have a golden crust. While cooking, brush the peaches with the butter-rum mixture.

Step 4

Plate and serve with caramel ice cream.
