Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Coconut flakes 1 tablespoon
- Champagne Sorbet 1 cup

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush with olive oil and place cut side down on the grill. Grill until tender and grill marks appear.
Step 3
Place 2 halves on plates or in dessert bowls, top with scoops of sorbet, and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
