Ingredients
- Ciabatta 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Arugula to taste
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the chicken breast and rub it with salt and Provençal herbs.
Step 2
Grill until cooked through, until golden stripes appear.
Step 3
Cut the ciabatta in half and quickly warm it on the grill, place sliced chicken inside, topped with mozzarella and red onion.
Step 4
Bake on the grill until the cheese melts, and serve with arugula!
