Description

Grilled Beef Patty Burger

Ingredients

  • Beef chuck roast 5 oz
  • Hamburger Bun 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Pickles 1 piece
  • Cheddar cheese for sandwiches 0 oz
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Mustard Greens to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the meat into minced meat, it is important to chop it rather than grind it in a meat grinder or blend it — there is a big difference. Chopped meat will retain its juiciness.

Step 2

You can also add finely chopped onion and grated garlic, spices, and an egg yolk, or you can just use salt (in my opinion, the meat will retain its flavor), mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Form even, uniform patties, preferably using a ring mold.

Step 4

Fry the patties on a grill pan for 6–7 minutes over high heat without adding oil.

Step 5

While the patties are frying, cut the buns in half and toast them in a dry pan for 1 minute to create a golden crust.

Step 6

Burgers can also be grilled; in this case, it’s better to grease the grill with oil to prevent the meat from sticking, and turn them very carefully.

Step 7

Generously spread sauce on the inside of both halves of the buns (you can mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard or use just one, depending on preference).

Step 8

Slice the onion into thin rings, and the pickles and tomato into thin slices.

Step 9

On the bottom half, place the lettuce, onion rings, patty, cheese, tomato, pickles, and cover with the top half. Serve immediately!
