Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In water, boil the sugar until it reaches a golden caramel consistency. To check the readiness of the caramel, drop a spoonful into cold water; the drop should harden into a solid ball.
Step 2
Chop the nuts and add them to the caramel, then add the lemon juice, mix, spread on a silicone mat, and cool.
Step 3
Blend the caramel with the nuts in a blender, add the melted butter, and mix. Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate.
Step 4
Once the candies have set, coat them with white chocolate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
