Ingredients

  • 3.2% Milk 0 qt
  • Green Tea (brick) 5 teaspoons
  • Sugar 7 teaspoons
  • Condensed Milk ½ cans

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the milk without allowing it to boil. Add the tea and sugar to the hot milk. Cover with a lid and let it steep.

Step 2

Strain the milk, add the condensed milk, pour it into a container, and freeze.

Step 3

Once the mixture has set, slightly thaw it and transfer it to a blender. Blend on high power until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Step 4

Pour into molds and leave in the freezer for 2 hours.
