- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Green Tea (brick) 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Peeled chestnuts 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a water bath. Sift the flour with the green tea powder and baking powder. Add the chopped candied chestnuts, melted butter, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and greased with butter, and smooth the surface. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 35–40 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool.
