Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Green jasmine tea bags 1 piece
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew a weak jasmine tea in 500 ml of water and cool it.
Step 2
Strain the tea, add sugar, cinnamon, and bring to a boil. Strain again.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites into a stiff foam, gently mix with the tea, and add rum.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a deep dish and place it in the freezer to set.
Step 5
When the ice cream is half set, take it out of the freezer, whip it well, and then place it back in the freezer.
