Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Pickled Chanterelles 4 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chopped Green Onions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the broth to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the sliced potatoes and mushrooms.
Step 3
When the potatoes are cooked, add the diced cheese.
Step 4
In a frying pan, melt the butter and heat it, add the chopped onion, lightly brown it, then add the grated carrot (small) — sauté everything.
Step 5
Transfer the sauté to the broth.
Step 6
Add finely chopped rhubarb leaves and herbs (fresh green onion tops, dill).
Step 7
Bring to a boil, add spices and bay leaf.
