Ingredients
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Milk 30 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the green peas (canned or previously boiled frozen) through a sieve and mix with the milk sauce.
Step 2
To prepare the milk sauce, lightly sauté the flour with the butter, dilute with hot milk, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Pass the peas through a sieve with the milk sauce, dilute with hot water, and salt to taste. Before serving, add butter. Serve croutons separately.
