Ingredients
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Nutmeg to taste

Step 1
Blanch the parsley for 2 minutes in hot water, then remove and immediately plunge into ice water.
Step 2
Next, squeeze out excess water and puree it with the milk. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Beat the mixture again and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes on a fairly low heat on only one side until fully cooked.
Step 5
This way, the pancake remains green and smooth.
Step 6
For the filling, I made a creamy mousse with gelatin. When sliced, it does not smear or run.
