- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the celery root and cut it into large cubes.
Step 2
Break the leaves and stalks of celery into a mixing bowl, add the cubes of celery root, torn green onion, parsley, lemon juice, squeeze in the garlic, and blend until smooth.
