Ingredients
- Avocado 3 pieces
- Water 10 fl oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Tequila 5 fl oz
- Grated Lemon Zest to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, add water, sugar, lime juice, and tequila to 360 ml of avocado puree. Blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker or container and freeze, stirring every 45 minutes.
Step 3
Serve, garnished with lime zest on the ice cream scoops.
Step 4
Peel the avocados, cut them into pieces, and place them in the blender. Blend until you have 360 ml of puree.
