  • Chopped Sage Leaves ¼ glasses
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil ¼ glasses
  • Phyllo Dough 12 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the spinach for a few minutes in boiling water or steam it until tender, then lightly squeeze out excess water and chop finely.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, dill, parsley, finely chopped green onions, and eggs. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Grease a 20x20 cm baking dish with olive oil.
