  • Donut Peaches 3 pieces
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Corn Starch 0 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Vanilla salt 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch

Prepare all the ingredients.

Line the baking dish with parchment paper.

Peel the peaches, cut them into 1.5 cm cubes, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into 1.5 cm cubes.

Mix the apples with the peaches. If the fruits are sour, add sugar, then add starch, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon, and mix well.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix.

Add the diced chilled butter. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles crumbs.
