Description
This will yield a small cake. If you need more for a celebration with a larger group, you should increase the portion.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Sour Cream 25 oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1.5 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 2 eggs and 1 cup of sugar and beat well.
Step 2
Add 200 g of sour cream and beat again.
Step 3
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and add to the mixture.
Step 4
Add 1.5 cups of flour and mix thoroughly. The batter should be somewhat runny.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Divide the batter into 2 parts — one slightly larger.
Step 7
To the larger portion, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa. Mix well.
Step 8
Bake 2 layers. On low heat, it will take about 15 minutes. Let cool.
Step 9
Tear the dark cocoa layer into pieces. Dip them in sour cream and stack them on top of the light base layer.
Step 10
Pour the glaze on top.
Step 11
To prepare the glaze, you will need: 6 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and bring to a boil, stirring.
