  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Custard to taste
  • Ground Oats ½ cup
  • Seedless Green Grapes 10 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes 10 oz
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

In a food processor, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add diced butter and blend until the mixture resembles crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons of ice water and mix until the dough comes together. Then add the oats and mix again.

Step 3

Press the dough into a round springform pan, about 23 cm in diameter, spreading it evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Step 4

Lightly whip the custard (see note) and spread it evenly over the crust. Arrange the grapes on top and gently press them down.

Step 5

Chill for 2 hours, then lightly dust with powdered sugar.
