Description
Grape Juice for Winter
Ingredients
- Grapefruits 10 lbs
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the grapes thoroughly under running water.
Step 3
Separate the grape berries from the stems. Remove any spoiled berries.
Step 4
Place the berries in a colander to let some water drain.
Step 5
Using a juicer, extract juice from the grapes. If the juice is very sweet, you can add a little water if desired.
Step 6
Pour all the juice into a cooking container. If desired, you can skim off the foam that appears during juicing. This will reduce the amount of pulp later. Place the container with the juice on the stove.
Step 7
Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize them using a convenient method.
Step 8
Bring the juice to a boil and remove the scum. Boil for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 9
Pour the hot juice into clean, dry jars.
Step 10
Seal with a metal lid. Turn the jar upside down to ensure the lid is sealed well. Cool at room temperature.
Step 11
Store the juice in a cool place.
