Ingredients
- Grapefruits 0 lbs
- Sugar 5 cups
- Water 15 fl oz
- Citric Acid 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cleaned grapes, place them in a colander, dip in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to hot sugar syrup and let sit for 6–8 hours.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and cook for 3–5 minutes, then let cool in a cool place for 10 hours.
Step 3
Repeat boiling 2–3 times with a 10-hour resting period. Before the final boil, add citric acid and vanilla sugar.
