Ingredients
- Honey 20 oz
- Walnuts 35 oz

Step 1
Lightly roast the walnuts in a pan — without oil, just like seeds.
Step 2
Pour the honey into a pot and bring it to a boil, but do not let it boil over. Allow the honey to cool and then bring it to a boil again.
Step 3
Spread the walnuts onto parchment paper, bring the honey to a boil again, and pour it over the walnuts. Carefully flatten the mixture with a wooden spoon. When the honey starts to cool, cut the gozinaki into diamond shapes — if you don't do this now, you'll have to break it later.
