Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Pork Neck 30 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Paprika 3 teaspoons
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Water 0 qt
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Marjoram 3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix the paprika and salt in a small bowl, cut the meat into cubes, and dice the potatoes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pot, sauté the onion until soft, add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cubed meat, sauté it with the onion and garlic until the meat changes color (if water appears, wait for it to evaporate).
Step 4
Add the paprika and salt, mix, and pour in the water.
Step 5
Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Add all the remaining spices and cook for about 40 minutes, then add the diced potatoes and cook until the potatoes are done.
