Gluten-Free Pineapple and Apple Pie
Ingredients
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Apple 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar 1 cup
- Oat flakes 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Almond 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Vanillin a pinch
- Boiling water 0 fl oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the apples, cut them, and remove the cores.
Step 3
Cut the apples into small pieces.
Step 4
Mix the eggs, sugar, and oat flour.
Step 5
Melt the butter.
Step 6
Add the almond flour and melted butter.
Step 7
Add the baking soda and vanillin dissolved in boiling water to the batter.
Step 8
Spread half of the batter and the apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 9
Top with pineapple and pour the remaining batter over it.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and cut into portions. Garnish with cinnamon before serving.
