Description
It is not recommended to substitute rice flour with wheat flour. If substituted, the dish will contain gluten.
Ingredients
- Rice Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with the sugar and egg.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the flour, previously mixed with baking powder, to the mixture. Use a blender for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Shape the resulting mixture in silicone molds.
Step 5
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
