Ingredients
- Gluten-Free Baking Mix 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0.3 teaspoons
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Ground Ginger ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix room temperature butter with sugar until smooth. Crack in the egg and pour in the honey or syrup. Add spices (you can adjust the amount to taste). Mix well.
Step 2
Gradually add the baking mix in small portions, stirring each time with a spatula or your hands. Continue adding flour until the dough becomes manageable, forming a good ball that doesn't stick to your hands.
Step 3
Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour (or overnight).
Step 4
Place part of the dough on parchment paper, cover with another piece of parchment on top, and roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm. You can cut out shapes.
Step 5
Gather the remaining dough back into a ball and roll it out again. Do not let the dough get too warm.
Step 6
Place the cut-out shapes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 7 to 15 minutes. When the edges and bottom start to brown, the cookies are ready for decorating.
