Gluten-Free Corn Tortillas
Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, water, salt, and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Step 4
Transfer to the table and knead by hand.
Step 5
Divide into equal parts.
Step 6
Roll out each part and cut into desired shapes if desired.
Step 7
Fry in a pan for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Step 8
Transfer to a plate.
