Ingredients

  • Aquafaba to taste
  • Peanut Butter 10 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

In a mixer, whip the aquafaba with the almond butter, then add the sugar and baking soda. Mix well. Add the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.

Step 3

Use 1.5 tablespoons of dough to form each cookie. Shape and place the cookies on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes. If a crunchier cookie is desired, bake for an additional 11–12 minutes.

Step 5

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
